Cancellation Policy

Studio Courses:
At the time of booking your Studio Course(s), we will provide you with an account from where you can access the Course Training Manuals, ecourse and Help-Desk Package associated with your Course.  These documents contain sensitive Trade Secrets; therefore we operate a strict no-refund policy in regard to our Studio Courses.

Once you have received confirmation of your place on a training course you will be liable for the whole fee unless we receive written notification of cancellation within 7 days of receiving your booking.  In this case our cancellation policy is as follows:

For bookings cancelled not less than 14 business days in advance of the course,  no refund will be made.¬† However, the customer will be entitled to a course-credit, where they will be able to transfer their booking to another course, within 3 months of the original course date.  

For bookings cancelled less than 7 business days in advance of the course, no refund or course-credit is entitled.

No refund or course-credit will be made for non-attendance on a course, if no prior notification is given.

If a Studio Course is cancelled by The Craft Ecademy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g. weather, natural disaster), the Customer is entitled to a full course-credit which must be used within 3 months of the date of the original course.

If The Craft Ecademy cancels a Training Course for any other reason, the Customer is entitled to a full refund. The Craft Ecademy shall not be responsible for any other loss incurred by the Customer as a result of a cancellation or reschedule.
 
Ecourses:
No cancellation or refunds permitted once you have purchased individual ecourses.
